Dmitri Perskov, the Kremlin's spokesperson, responded to Donald Trump's harsh remarks about Russia's recent airstrikes in Ukraine amid the conflict.
According to Perskov, President Vladimir Putin's actions are all in defense and protection of his country.

During his daily phone press conference, Perskov referred to Trump's comments on Sunday, in which the U.S. president called the Russian leader "completely crazy", as an "emotional reaction".
"This is a very crucial moment, which is associated, of course, with the emotional overload of everyone absolutely and with emotional reactions," Perskov said.

Donald Trump calls Putin "completely crazy"
On Sunday night, Donald Trump criticized Vladimir Putin in a post in Truth Social, due to the latest attacks on Ukraine, after their president, Volodymyr Zelenski regretted the United States' silence.
"I've always had a very good relationship with Vladimir Putin of Russia, but something has happened to him. He has gone absolutely CRAZY!" the U.S. president wrote in a social media post.
