Traduction: "Colombia and its eternal violence. They want to kill the son of an Arab woman in Bogota, who had already been murdered, and one should not kill in the heart of the world. They kill the son and the mother. Respect life, that is the red line. Colombia should not kill its children, because they are also our children. Mafias of the earth, scabs of humanity. May the Arab families who arrived in Colombia live in peace. Colombia welcomes the world, and does not kill those who come from all corners of the planet. My solidarity to the Uribe family and the Turbay family. I do not know how to mitigate their pain. It is the pain of a departed mother and of the homeland."

Other members of the Colombian administration condemn the attack posting on his own X account. Ministers, congressmen and other senators talked about the attack, expressing solidarity to his relatives and rejecting any kind of violence. Antonio Sanguino (Minister), Armando Benedetti (Minister), Lena Estrada (Minister), Mafe Carrascal (Congresswoman) and Maria Jose Pizarro (Senator) are some of the authorities who talked about the attack.
