Jennifer Aniston's Bel-Air mansion targeted: Man arrested after crashing car into property

A shocking incident occurred on May 5, 2025, when a man crashed his vehicle into the gates of Jennifer Aniston's mansion in the upscale neighborhood of Bel-Air, Los Angeles. The actor was inside the residence at the time, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The suspect, a 70-year-old man, was quickly detained by private security guards before being handed over to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

According to the reports, the crash occurred around 12:20 pm local time, and the suspect drove through the gates of Aniston's property. While the intruder was apprehended by security personnel, he was able to cause significant damage to the property.

ABC News reported that the driver will be charged with felony vandalism due to property damage. While it is suspected, the incident was not accidental, authorities do not believe he had the intention of hurting the actress.

Investigation under the Threat Management Unit

Given that the victim of the crime was a public figure, the LAPD has assigned the case to their Threat Management Unit. This specialized division handles incidents involving individuals who may pose a threat to high-profile individuals. Authorities are investigating all possibilities, but currently the driver is having his record and social media investigated.

While the identity of the suspect has not yet been revealed, his criminal record shows a minor crime, but is in no way related to Aniston, nor was he being investigated by any reason regarding the actress.
