Welcome, Evie! Peppa Pig introduces her new baby sister
Peppa Pig’s family has grown! Mummy Pig recently welcomed her third child, baby Evie, and the beloved character Peppa is now a proud big sister once again.

Peppa Pig is walking on air over a joyful new chapter with her family because they now have a brand-new arrival. Mummy Pig has welcomed a baby girl named Evie, and Peppa is now a big sister for the second time. In an interview with People, Mummy Pig spilled the beans over the arrival.
Since the returning from hospital, the whole family have been embracing the exciting new developments. Peppa and her brother George have been eagerly introducing themselves to their baby sister, forming a cheerful and boisterous three-some.
Mummy Pig welcomes her new daughter Evie
Peppa's family has a new little one—her mum, Mummy Pig, had given birth to a baby girl named Evie. In a recent email interview, Mummy Pig shares with us how she has been coping since Evie's arrival and how the family has adjusted with the newest addition.
"I feel wonderful," told PEOPLE Mummy Pig. "I'm so glad Evie's here, healthy and contented! Labour wasn't exactly easy-going — I don't think that's ever possible — but holding her securely in my arms made it all worth it, and it was so nice for the family to finally meet her."
Mummy Pig has loved, since returning home, seeing Peppa and George play with their new baby sister.
"It's been quite the adventure already! Evie is as lively and inquisitive as Peppa and as playful and humorous as George," she continued. "They are a great little team! Like Peppa, Evie loves music and will jiggle and giggle to any music being played."

It wasn't an easy choice in selecting the name Evie, but there is a family significance to it.
"We had quite the adventure coming up with the perfect name," said Mummy Pig. "There was one stage where it seemed she'd be 'Baby' for evermore! But Evie was correct — it's a family name that has been passed down from my Great Aunt, and our little girl's eyes lit up the moment we mentioned it, as if she already knew she was called Evie."
As soon as Peppa and George first set eyes on Evie, they were bubbling with excitement. They dashed through hospital with Granny Pig and Grandpa Pig to say hello.
"What really took me aback was how loving and gentle they were right from the start," said Mummy Pig. "The moment they were in the room, they were calm and gentle. Evie loved the attention, smiling and laughing continuously!"
Of course, having a new baby is a big change, and Mummy Pig admits there have been a couple of tricky times along the way.
"It's a very big change! They both take having the role of 'Big Brother' and 'Even Bigger Sister' extremely seriously," she explained. "There have been a couple of bumps — sometimes it's hard for little ones to accept that babies need lots of Mummy and Daddy time."
"But we try very hard to make each child feel loved and accepted, especially in everything related to Evie — except nappy time!"
Peppa Pig's family introduced Evie to the whole neighbourhood
Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig have been blessed with the help of their neighbors during this hectic period.
"Yes, there’s definitely more to juggle now — more chaos, laughter, nappies, and everything else! But we’re grateful for the amazing family and friends who help us," she said. "Granny and Grandpa Pig have been eager to babysit, and our local parent groups have been fantastic."
"We've also had so many visitors with presents and food — our freezer's never been so full of veggie lasagnas! We do genuinely appreciate everyone's generosity."
In the future, Mummy Pig is hoping to have many more happy times with her family of five.
"It's wonderful to experience all their 'firsts' — first giggles, bedtimes, baths. They're special things and only happen once, so I'm really looking forward to seeing it all, and so is Peppa, I'm sure!"
