During an event in Huarochirí, Boluarte highlighted the achievements of her administration in comparison to other governments, despite her low approval rating. In his speech, Boluarte expressed his desire for a woman to assume the presidency after his term in office, stating that he has no hidden political interests. He also defended his administration, arguing that he has made more progress in two years than other presidents have made in five years, despite the criticism he has received.

Boluarte also addressed challenges in communicating her administration's achievements, citing budget constraints that limit traditional media outreach. She encouraged citizens to follow governmental updates through social media platforms, acknowledging the need to adapt to modern communication channels to reach a broader audience.

Achievements and challenges in Boluarte's term in office

President Boluarte was optimistic about the achievements of her administration, despite being considered the most disapproved head of state in Latin America. ‘We have done much more than other presidents during their five years in office,’ she said, highlighting her commitment to the country's economic development.

At another point in her speech, Boluarte addressed criticism of his communication with the public, justifying the lack of resources to pay television stations to broadcast his government's projects. ‘We speak with facts, with tangible works that can be seen and touched,’ she said, urging the audience to follow the Presidency's social networks to obtain information about her administration.
