She admits to having insecurities, particularly during her youth when she wished to be a bodybuilder to escape femininity. However, her perspective on her body began to shift when she took control of her image, particularly with the empowering anthem "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!". Twain now encourages others to embrace their true selves and avoid comparing themselves to others.

Despite reaching numerous milestones in her career, Twain feels that she has "nothing left to prove" and looks forward to continuing her journey of creativity and self-discovery. "Even thinking about age, I don't feel like I need to prove to anyone that I look younger than I am." She jokingly says she might need to live to 120 to achieve everything she dreams of in the future.
