Brianna Stern accuses Andrew Tate of sexual assault and battery in lawsuit

In a significant legal development, Brianna Stern, Andrew Tate's ex-girlfriend, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles accusing the controversial influencer of sexual assault and battery.

The lawsuit claims Stern endured physical, emotional, and verbal abuse during their 10-month relationship. Stern is also seeking a restraining order against Tate, adding more legal pressure on the former kick-boxer, who is already facing criminal charges in Romania.

Brianna Stern’s allegations of abuse and violent incidents

An incident in March 2025 is under the spotlight in the lawsuit. They were both at the Beverly Hills Hotel when Tate escalated a consensual act of intimacy into a violent attack. Brianna Stern says that Tate began choking her after verbally degrading her.

According to Stern, he kept choking her until she was nearly unconscious. She alleges that Andrew Tate kept threatening her life, saying that he would kill her if he ever got upset with her. Documents also show repeated emotional abuse, manipulative behavior and multiple beatings.

Brianna Stern has shared that Tate referred to her as his "property" and often called her an "idiot". In an Instagram statement, she shared that she knew his followers were going to attack her, but she does not care "because I speak the truth".

Andrew Tate's legal defense

Joseph McBride, Andrew Tate's lawyer, strongly denies Stern's accusations and dismissed the lawsuit as an obvious "cash grab". However, Stern is not the first person to make this kind of accusations towards Tate.

Tate is already facing serious charges in Romania for human trafficking, sexual abuse and money laundering and also has ongoing investigations for rape and trafficking minors. His brother, Tristan Tate, is also involved.
