At the 2025 Planned Parenthood Spring Into Action Gala, Olivia Rodrigo was presented with the Catalyst of Change Award in New York City . The 22-year-old pop star was honored for her unwavering advocacy for reproductive freedom.

In her emotional acceptance speech, she highlighted her commitment to challenging oppressive policies and protecting women's rights.

Olivia Rodrigo and Amanda Zurawski were the 2 people honored at this gala. Zurawski, is the Texas woman who sued her state in 2023 after she nearly died from pregnancy complications and was denied an abortion; was recognized as this year's Champion of Change award winner. Laverne Cox, past winner of the award, presented her with the honor.

Rodrigo, on the other hand, was introduced by her friend and fellow singer and activist, Lily Allen; with whom she had performed with at Glastonbury  "F*ck you" (Lily Allen's song) after Roe v. Wade was overturned

Olivia Rodrigo’s activism: Fund 4 Good

Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022, Olivia Rodrigo has been a very vocal advocate for reproductive rights. Because of this, in her 2023 Guts Tour, she launched Fund 4 Good.

Fund 4 Good is a campaign that donates proceed to local abortion funs and set up informational tables at her concert venues to teach her fans about reproductive health resources. The name, is a word-play of her song "Good 4 u".
