Donald Trump warns that World War III is "not far away" but assures it will not happen for now
U.S. President Donald Trump warned that global tensions are escalating toward a major conflict. However, he emphasized that his administration is actively working to prevent such a scenario by addressing conflicts in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip.

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump expressed concerns that the globe is moving closer to the possibility of a Third World War. Despite this alarming statement, he reassured the public that his government is making every effort to prevent such an outcome by focusing on resolving ongoing disputes in regions like Ukraine and the Gaza Strip.
Speaking at an event in Miami, Trump stated, "I am acting swiftly to halt wars, settle disputes, and restore peace globally." He pointed out his commitment to international stability and highlighted efforts to mediate and resolve disputes that pose significant threats to international security.
Why does Trump believe World War III is a real danger?
During his speech, Donald Trump stressed that escalating conflicts, particularly in Ukraine and the Middle East, could spark a larger conflagration. He cited the ongoing battle between Russia and Kyiv, as well as the hostilities in the Gaza Strip, as key flashpoints that may intensify if not addressed swiftly.
He reaffirmed his commitment to preventing further chaos, emphasizing that his administration's approach aims to restore stability. Trump also highlighted recent diplomatic efforts, including negotiations with key global leaders, as essential steps toward de-escalation.
How Is the U.S. President Addressing Global Conflicts?
Trump declared, "I want peace and do not wish to see the world destroyed. If we look at the number of deaths in the Middle East and the ongoing conflict between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Vladimir Putin… we need to stop it." He insisted that if Joe Biden’s regime had remained in power, "we would already be in World War III." However, he assured that his team has reinstated the "maximum pressure" strategy on Iran, which he claims has contributed to regional stability. He asserted that his management has secured a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages.

The American leader expressed gratitude to Saudi Arabia, particularly Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for facilitating diplomatic talks between Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. "This is a major step we must take to end this war," he declared. Also, the international community has criticized the initiative for excluding representatives from Zelenskyy’s and Putin’s governments in the negotiations. Addressing the dispute, Trump described the situation as a "bloodbath," emphasizing the heavy losses on both sides. "It’s a massacre. It’s horrible," he concluded.
