Apple settlement: How to claim your share of the $95 million over Siri privacy lawsuit

Have you bought an Apple product recently? You might be able to qualify as a participant in the class action lawsuit regarding Siri, it's digital assistant listening to conversations without the owner's consent.
You might be entitled to some of the settlement money, if you believe any of the Apple products you have purchased between September 17, 2014, and December 31, 2024, might have been listening to your conversations. Here's how to apply.
How to qualify for the Siri settlement
To be eligible for a part of the settlement, it is imperative that you have bought any of the following products devices between September 17, 2014, and December 31, 2024:
- iPhone
- iPad
- Apple Watch
- MacBook
- iMac
- HomePod
- iPod touch
- Apple TV.

If Siri was activated without your knowledge during a private conversation, you may be eligible to claim.

Claiming your settlement: What you need to know
If you are eligible for the settlement, you will either receive an email or a postcard with information about how to make a claim and individual codes to do so. However, if you don't receive any of these options, you can directly head to the settlement's webpage to submit a new claim. The deadline to file your claim is July 2, 2025.
While the total amount of the settlement is a very high amount, you should not expect to get rich over it. Considering the number of Apple users affected, most people can expect to receive around $20 per device, but the exact amount will depend on the number of claimants.
