Elon Musk shames Trump's tax bill, calling it a "disgusting abomination".

On June 3, Elon Musk took to social media to express his disagreement with Donald Trump's "Big, beautiful bill", just days after leaving the White House. The former head of the Department of Government Efficency (DOGE) called the spending bill a "disgusting abomination".
"I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore," according to Musk, the bill will cause a massive spending bill and everyone who voted for it should be ashamed.

Musk continued making his disagreement known on social media, saying that this new bill would "burden American citizens with crushingly unsustainable debt". He would also post on X how "Congress is making America bankrupt".
What’s included in Trump’s “big, beautiful” legislative package?
"This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination," Musk said. The bill would extend Trump's 2017 tax cuts, add new tax breaks for tipped wages and overtime, along with reviewing food stamps and extend Trump's budget.
According to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, the bill would add $3.8 trillion to the national debt over the course of the next 10 years.
