Trump and Putin’s call: No immediate peace following Ukraine’s drone strike

After a call with Vladimir Putin following Ukraine's drone attack, Donald Trump shared somber prospects for Ukraine and Russia's peace talks.
The call, which according to the U.S. president, lasted 1hr 15 min, and discussed the attack on Russia’s docked airplanes, and many others that have been taking place by both sides.
Trump's conversation with Putin: no immediate peace in sight
On a Truth Social post, Donald Trump shared his discussion with the Russian president. According to him, it doesn't seem like the conversation will lead to "immediate peace." Vladimir Putin reportedly told Trump that "he will have to respond to the recent attack on the airfields."

Both presidents have also discussed the possibility of Iran acquiring nuclear weapons, and both agreed it was not a good idea.
Ukraine's latest attack on Russian bombers discussed
After Russia's drone and missile attack at Ukrainian cities on May 25; Ukraine responded with a drone attack of their own, which is the most damaging attack on Russia since the war started 3 years ago.
Additionally, Ukraine has also targeted the Crimean bridge earlier this week with almost 1,100 kilograms of explosives.
