Why did Kanye West show up at Sean 'Diddy' Combs' sex-crimes trial?
Kanye West makes a surprise appearance at Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal sex-crimes trial. Is he going to testify?

The "Gold Digger" singer showed up at Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial, on Friday, June 13, 2025; apparently to support him. Dressed all in white, maybe as a reference to Diddy's "White Parties" full of celebrities, he appeared at the courthouse in Manhattan, New York.
Kanye West arrived at the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse, after one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends, under the "Jane" pseudonym to protect her identity, revealed she was flown in another rapper's private jet to a birthday party.
Is Kanye West going to testify on Diddy's trial?
While "The life of Pablo" singer nodded in agreement when a reporter asked him if he was on the courthouse to support the owner of the Bad Boy Records founder, it is still unclear if he is going to testify or has any kind of involvement in the case.
"Jane", also revealed that her relationship with Combs lasted for 3 years until the rapper was arrested in September at a New York hotel, for racketeering, sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and conspiracy. Combs alleges innocence, but he has been jailed without bail.
Kanye West and Sean 'Diddy' Combs' controversial careers
Kanye West remains one of the few celebrities who still support Diddy Combs; after his ex-girlfriend of several years, Cassie Ventura, sued him in November 2023 for sexual abuse. While Ventura accepted the settlement of $20 million, the suit alerted authorities about a criminal investigation into Combs.
West, on the other hand, has fallen out of public favor due to his MAGA affiliation, anti-Semitic stances, and most importantly, accusations of improper sexual behavior. A month after Diddy Combs was arrested, Kanye's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta; alleged that the "Donda" rapper had "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her on multiple times without her consent,
Additionally, Pisciotta claims that when she first started working for West, he invited her to a studio session he was co-hosting with Combs. There, she was served a laced drink that left her unable to move freely, and the next day, she woke up with no memory of what had happened.
