Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly introduced the world to their baby girl, sharing her name for the first time. Nearly three months after they welcomed their first child together in March, the rapper revealed the name in an emotional Instagram post with a clip of him playing music for the baby.
MGK merely muttered "Saga Blade Fox-Baker" on the June 17 post, which was legally finalized as the baby girl's name. The two had previously kept the name under wraps, though they welcomed her to the world with a black-and-white video in March. In it, MGK held her little hand and called her their "little celestial seed."
A spiritual birth and a musical welcome
The announcement also came with news of a unique musical experience surrounding Saga's birth. MGK revealed that he and some of his musician friends, including Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, created an instrumental song specifically for the occasion. Megan gave birth as the soothing 432 Hz tune was played in the background, a sound frequency that some think possesses healing properties.
In his caption, MGK reflected on the moment's seriousness, stating, "What an epic journey. Praise God." This is the first child for the couple together, bringing their blended family to include MGK's 15-year-old daughter Casie and Megan's three sons from her previous marriage.

Family tensions and public messages
The good news comes after a period of personal crisis, like the miscarriage Megan went through in 2023. In a session with Good Morning America, she described the experience as one she had never experienced before, calling it a "very difficult" moment for her and MGK.
Adding to the drama was ongoing tension between Brian Austin Green, Megan's ex-husband, and MGK. In a series of online exchanges, the two threw cutting words back and forth on social media, with MGK accusing Brian of inserting himself into their private lives. Meanwhile, despite tension, Brian's fiancée Sharna Burgess publicly wished the couple well as it relates to their new baby, saying, "We are all so excited to meet you.".
