The Nintendo Switch 2 finally arrives tomorrow! The new-generation console of the Japanese company has been awaited by fans since its announcement in early 2025. After the pre-order chaos in April, people will officially get the new game system on June 5, due to pre-orders and restocks, and on June 6 in online stores.

Where to buy a Nintendo Switch 2?
The stores where it will be available are the same as those during the pre-order: Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and GameStop. A lot of gamers are queuing outside these stores waiting for a restocking or to claim their pre-release purchase. The prices are around $450 for the original version and $500 with the Mario Kart Bundle, which includes the game. The online purchase will be available on June 6.
However, we must remember the pre-orders' chaos in April. According to Good Morning America, stores' websites were presenting problems and bugs during the purchase of the console. Some gamers bought their Nintendo normally, while the majority of them did not get to the stock due to the long wait times.

What to expect of the Nintendo Switch 2?
The Nintendo Switch 2 is equipped with an LCD screen of 1920x1080 pixels, with HDR10 support. It also has 256GB of storage with a custom processor made by NVIDIA. It weighs 0.84 lbs, a little more than the Switch 1, and it is bigger. Therefore, there will be new ways to enjoy Nintendo games.
