Lord Buffalo canceled their upcoming European tour after their drummer, Yamil Said, a lawful permanent U.S. resident, was detained by ICE at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

Lord Buffalo, a famous rock band, has been forced to abruptly cancel their European tour after their drummer, Yamal Said, was reportedly detained by ICE at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Yamal Said, a permanent resident of the U.S. and a green card holder, was removed from the flight on May 12, leaving the band with no other option but to cancel the tour via social media.
Drummer Yamil Said detained despite legal U.S. residency
Despite having a Mexican nationality, Yamal Said was detained and currently hasn't had any communication with the band. Lord Buffalo, on their Instagram post, said that they had "very little information".

The band also asked of fans to respect the drummer's family and legal team's privacy and send them all their support while the situation evolves.
Lord Buffalo hopes to reschedule and ask fans to support touring partners
Lord Buffalo's band members—Daniel Pruitt, Garrett Hellman and Patrick Patterson— shared their hope for the situation to be only a "temporary setback" and to have the possibility to ultimately reschedue the tour.
Additionally, they also shared that their touring partners, Orsak:Oslo will continue to perform the tour. " We urge everyone to go see this amazing band and support them over the next couple weeks."
