Missing Amazon refund? You could be owed money in class-action lawsuit!
Amazon customers are suing over missing refunds after returning items on time. Find out if you qualify to join the lawsuit and claim your money back now!

Amazon is facing a class-action lawsuit filed in federal court over allegations that the company has breached its own refund policies, leaving customers without the refunds they are owed.
The case has drawn attention from consumers who say they returned products within Amazon’s 30-day return window, but never received their promised refunds.
What is the Amazon lawsuit about?
Everything started when Holly Jones Clark filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. According to Clark, Amazon either reversed instant refunds or failed to issue the refunds altogether, despite customers returning items in time and in prime condition, forcing them to waste time closing monitoring bank statements.
The complaint states that this incident violates Amazon’s publicly posted Refund Policy, which says refunds should be processed upon receipt of returned items. However, Amazon now claims customers must confirm refunds were received.
Who is included in the Amazon lawsuit?
While the class has not yet been certified by the court, which is what allows everyone affected to be automatically included or given the option to participate in the lawsuit; it is important to know whether you can participate in the lawsuit or not.
You may qualify if:
- You returned an item to Amazon within the required timeframe and in its original condition.
- You were charged for the item despite making the return.
- You were promised a refund (or received an instant refund) that was never processed.
If you qualify, do not worry, until the court certifies the class you do not need to take any immediate action. When it happens, instructions will be further provided.
