Donald Trump announces U.S. strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities

In an unexpected move, U.S. President Donald Trump has announced in a post in Truth Social that the United States had completed a "successful attack" on 3 nuclear facilities in Iran. Fordow, Natanz, and Estafahan are among the affected locations

Donald Trump seized the moment to congratulate the U.S. Army, calling them "great American heroes" and claimed there was no other military force in the world that could compare. He also stated that all the planes involved in the operation are "safely on their way home".

Donald Trump announces press conference to discuss the military attack on Iran

The U.S. President took again to social media to make an important announcement. Today, at 10:00 p.m. Donald Trump will address the nation regarding the "very successful military operation in Iran" at the White House.

In this new social media post, President Donald Trump called the operation an "historic moment for the United States of America, Israel and the world". According to him, Iran has no other option but to agree to end the war.

Trump was supposed to decide in 'the next 2 weeks'

Earlier this week, on June 19, Donald Trump announced via Karoline Leavitt, the White House Press Secretary, that he was going to make a decision regarding the Israel-Iran conflict "in the next two weeks".

According to Leavitt, President Trump was going to decide whether to attack Iran based on the possibility of negotiations with Iran which "may or may not take place in the near future". It remains unclear if these conversations took place.
