Inside the B-2 pilots Iran raid: They had snacks, cooler, and microwave
Learn how the B-2 bomber pilots traveled from the United States to attack Iran's nuclear facilities.

B-2 bombers were the protagonists of the US attack on Iran yesterday. They are equipped with bathrooms, a cooler, and a microwave, making the pilots much more comfortable during the trip to attack Iran's nuclear bases, which lasted nearly 37 hours including the round trip.
These bomber fleets, created with the goal of launching nuclear bombs at the Soviet Union, were deployed Friday at Whiteman Air Force Base in Kansas City to attack the nuclear bases at Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. To do so, the fleets had to refuel multiple times in the air due to the long trip, according to US officials.
Operation Midnight Hammer: B-2 bombers flew silent, long-range strike on Iran
Furthermore, it should be noted that these bombers are equipped with advanced technology, allowing one pilot to rest while the other is piloting. In addition, this 172-foot fleet allows automation to help complete long-distance flights.
It should be emphasized that these flights attacking Iran in the so-called "Operation Midnight Hammer" were carried out in complete silence. To this end, the pilots in command of the aircraft were previously trained to withstand long-duration flights.
U.S. executes precision B-2 strike using 15-ton bunker-busting bombs for first time
Daniel Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, commented: "The B-2s linked up with escort and support aircraft in a complex, precisely timed maneuver that required precise synchronization between multiple platforms in tight airspace, all accomplished with minimal communications," the high command stated.

On the other hand, it should be noted that this is the first time the United States was able to use the GBU-57 bunker-busting bombs, which weighed approximately 15 tons. President Trump praised the operation, commenting: "There is no other military in the world that could have done this," Trump stated in a post on his Truth Social account.
