Fans of the famous youTuber MrBeast attended an immersive event hosted by the influencer. The event was held at the Resorts World Las Vegas hotel.

However, attendees who booked the service complained about the event. They stated that it wasn't what they expected and that they had to wait a long time to receive items that weren't what was promised.

Event details. Fans waited days for a surprise

Tickets cost $1,000 per person, allowing MrBeast fans to stay at the Resorts World hotel for three days. In addition, each person would receive a mystery box with exclusive MrBeast items, where they could win a $10,000 voucher and a MrBeast-themed activation at the venue.

The event was a collaboration between the Resorts World hotel chain and YouTuber MrBeast, which ran from April 13 to 15. After complaints, the hotel removed the event post from its website.

MrBeast and Resorts World's Response to Complaints

The YouTuber did not provide a formal response to the complaints. However, he issued a statement on social media "X", saying that it was not the experience they expected but that his team is working to compensate those affected and meet them in person.

Similarly, earlier this week, Resorts World contacted Random Recess to arrange a refund for those who purchased tickets.
