Shakira expands her U.S. Tour with more "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" concerts
Shakira's Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour is adding more dates in North America due to overwhelming demand.

Shakira continues to captivate audiences around the world with her electrifying Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran world tour. After her highly successful run in Latin America, the Colombian superstar is bringing the tour to North America with additional shows due to overwhelming demand.
With multiple sold-out performances and a series of historic milestones, Shakira’s upcoming concerts promise to be unforgettable. Fans in the New York and Miami areas are in for an exciting opportunity as the pop icon adds more dates to her already jam-packed schedule.
Shakira announces new concert shows for the United States
This announcement follows the successful Latin American leg of the tour, where the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer made history by becoming the first female artist to sell out seven shows at the GNP Seguros Stadium (formerly Foro Sol) in Mexico City. Shakira now shares the record for seven dates at the coveted venue with Grupo Firme, who will perform an eighth show on June 28. However, Shakira will return in the summer for a second round of performances in the country, including four at the stadium (formerly Foro Sol), bringing her total to 11.
Named Billboard’s No. 1 among the Top 50 Greatest Latin Pop Artists of All Time, Shakira also topped the monthly Top Tours list for the first time, grossing $32.9 million by selling 282,000 tickets in February, according to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore. She follows Bad Bunny, Los Bukis, and RBD among Latin artists who have topped the monthly ranking, becoming the first solo Latin woman to reach No. 1.
Tickets for the new shows in New York and Miami will go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on April 7 through LiveNation.com.
