Jessy Nelson has been open about the risk of carrying monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA) twins and shared that she was concerned about the complications, including twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).

MCDA means the twins share a placenta and can lead to a serious condition, which is TTTS. This can threaten the life survival of both babies. And as Nelson shared, doctors advised her to be careful of the TTTS, including stomach tightening and difficulty breathing.

In an Instagram video, Nelson shared that the surgery was a success and that the TTTS had cleared up. However, doctors had advised her to remain at the hospital to prevent a preterm labor.
